Try and give me as much information as possible so I can give you an accurate estimation of price and time.

Construction will begin once your miniatures are received or bought. Perhaps you've already built your models in which case I can get straight onto painting them.

Painting will commence on the commission.

Work in progress pictures are taken and sent to you after every work session.

Effective communication is a very important part of the process. Commission time, feedback about the colour scheme or style you've chosen. I'm happy to adapt work through the process. Just be aware as I price jobs by the hour changes will inevitably add to the time taken and therefore add to the overall cost of the job.

Final pictures will be taken of your miniatures and sent to you to be signed off when you're happy.

This is the final quality assurance step and once you're happy they will be packaged ready for shipping.

All models will be packed as best they can to avoid in transit breakages.

However some postal workers are a little rougher than others and no manner of packing can fully protect delicate models in a box.

All commissions are send recorded and insured delivery at cost to cover any unforeseen circumstances. If anything does go a miss I will do everything I can to assist you in making an insurance claim. I won't just leave you to get on with it.
